How does ChatMSP's pricing work?
The free version of ChatMSP is available for teams of up to 15 people for 30 days. Our ChatMSP Plus plan is for Unlimited number of users at $20/user/month. The price of a paid ChatMSP Plus plan saves your company time and money, by focusing your ticket updates inline with your brand requirements. Your monthly cost scales by the number of people you have in your Team or Organization.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase ChatMSP with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases will be scheduled reoccuring Credit Card payments.
We need to add more people to our team. How will that be billed?
You can add as many new teammates as you need inside our customer portal. Changes to your accounts will be prorated duing the next billing cycle.
How secure is ChatMSP?
Protecting the data you trust to ChatMSP is our first priority. ChatMSP was designed from the ground up to prevent any sensative information from being exposed. We pride ourselves in never storing or transmitting, storing, or knowing any passwords or secure information. We have technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.
Will I be charged sales tax?
As of May 2016, state and local sales tax will be applied to fees charged to customers with a billing address in the State of New York.
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer discounts to larger customers. We do, however, have active monitoring of who uses the tool, and who does not use the tool, and as such, technicians who do not use the tool, will not be billed. The prevents companies from being charged for bloat, and you are only charged for what you use.
Is there an on-premise version of ChatMSP?
We are passionate about the web. We don't plan to offer an internally hosted version of ChatMSP. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so you can do the work only your team can do.
What is your refund policy?
As we are a Software as a Service company, We do not offer refunds.
